fussilli fiesta

hello guys! time for another pasta dish i just cooked few minutes ago, for an express lunch.

it was 10 minutes to 12 noon and no one is moving, everyone of us in the house is minding our own businesses but my tummy is screaming for food.

and here's what i came up with. just a simple common fussilli pasta dish, simple and easy to prepare. just prepare the spices for the sauce while boiling water and cooking the noodles. for this express meal, i chose, as usual, what's inside the fridge- tomatoes, beans, broccoli and some sardines and tuna sauteed in olive oil with onions and garlic. and then for a spike, i added some fresh purple and sweet basil leaves from our garden.

voila! my very own fussilli fiesta!
